SiSiB® CF1040 is a volatile octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane fluid designed for a wide variety of applications including cosmetic/personal care, industrial cleaning and carrier applications. SiSiB® CF1040 exhibits very low toxicity and is exempt from federal VOC regulations.

Applications
SiSiB® CF1040 is a base fluid in a number of personal care products, with excellent spreading and lubrication properties and unique volatility characteristics.

SiSiB® CF1040 can be used in antiperspirants, bath oils, deodorants, skin creams, lotions, suntan and shaving products, nail polishes.

SiSiB® CF1040 has faster drying time in low VOC formulate in hair sprays.
